SSI Diver Stress & Rescue Class

The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Class is one of the most valuable and rewarding courses a diver can take. This program teaches you how to recognize, prevent, and manage diving stress, respond effectively to emergencies, and assist both yourself and other divers in real-world situations. Training includes two lectures, one pool session, and two ocean dives designed to build confidence, awareness, and strong problem-solving skills.

You will practice essential techniques such as rescue approaches, surface assistance, underwater response, towing, equipment management, and emergency planning. This course is ideal for divers who want to be safer, more capable, and better prepared for any situation that may arise during a dive.
