The SSI Scuba Skills Update is a 4 to 6 hour refresher course designed to rebuild your confidence and get you ready to dive again. This hands-on program includes your SSI Digital Download and personalized instruction with one of our experienced diving instructors. You will review essential dive theory, practice core skills in the pool, and may participate in optional open water dives for added comfort and fun.

The course covers buoyancy control, mask skills, regulator recovery, equipment setup, emergency procedures, and safe diving practices. All rental equipment is included for your pool sessions, making it easy to focus entirely on refreshing your skills and preparing for your next adventure.
